You can return your items by notifying us by phone or email within 14 days of receiving them and return them within 14 days of notification.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Use the returns address enclosed with your invoice and make sure to include the order number and delivery address with the items.
We recommend using Royal Mail recorded delivery for the return.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll process the refund with 2 days of receipt of the returned package and we will notify you by email.
